David Roher

David Roher, CEO of Antech, Guardian Traffic Systems, Guardian Gate Hardware, Barcelona Concepts and Nations Gate, comes from a rich history of construction, manufacturing and installing fencing, custom gates and industrial metal fabrication.

Mr. Roher has a deep background in innovative product development; business development and his companies are leaders in producing quality metal products.

He began his career in the food service industry and worked for Plastic Dress Up, a company in California.  David worked his way up to the CEO of Plastic Dress Up and grew the company to over $16 million when he departed.

David returned to Tucson in 1983 and purchased Roher Fence & Construction from his father who started Roher Construction Company in 1949.  From the onset, David Roher has continually searched for solutions to the needs of the customer. Guardian Access Company sold its first gate hinge in 1988 and the rest is history.

David’s passion is providing exceptional customer service while producing products that enhance and make a difference in people’s lives.

David was born in Illinois and grew up in Tucson.  He attended Pasadena College and the University of Arizona.

Cary James Tantlinger

Cary James Tantlinger became Vice President of Sales and Marketing on November 1, 2005.  Prior to his current position he was the Sales Manager.  In his role, he leads the sales, marketing, brand integration, and the future distribution of Barcelona Concepts worldwide sales. Cary also serves as a Member on the Board of Directors. 

Cary Tantlinger was born in Coon Rapids, MN on January 19, 1969.  He attended the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1991.  Prior to joining Barcelona Concept he was President of CJT Insurance Services, Inc. from 1995 to 2003. 

Additionally he is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Antech Corporation, Guardian Traffic Control, and Guardian Gate Hardware.

MJ Jensen

MJ Jensen is a multi-dimensional professional with an extensive background in small business development and Fortune 50 corporate sales, strategic marketing and training.  She has been a small business owner, an entrepreneur and is the president and visionary of IdeaMagic, Inc. marketing & promotions, a full service strategic marketing and idea company in Tucson, Arizona.
 
Ms. Jensen’s accomplishments include the strategic launch of a new division for Bausch & Lomb (Fortune 50), national sales trainer and divisional manager for B & L, advisor to hundreds of businesses in developing complex strategic plans and implementation strategies with an emphasis on start-ups and expanding businesses. She is a professional speaker and trainer in the areas of marketing, staff development and business development for business owners, companies and organizations.  She is a vested partner and instrumental in the launch and development of an online web site called SmallBiz.com.

Ms. Jensen is a small business advocate and was named the SBA “Women in Business Advocate of the Year for 2000” for the state of Arizona and was on the statewide board for Friends of Arizona Small Business.  MJ was the first Tucson woman to be awarded the National Leadership award for the National Association of Women Business Owners and is a frequent advisor for the Arizona Daily Star’s Small Business Makeover column.

Michael Gail

Michael brings a true hands on and creative vision to Barcelona Concepts.  Having eleven years of experience in welding, he has always had a passion for turning an ordinary piece of metal into something beautiful.  Starting his career as a shop supervisor, Michael helped to design and create various entryways and security doors.  Michael then moved on to become a coppersmith, were he has designed and created copper fountains, which have been displayed in art galleries throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Texas.  Today, with Michael’s ability to create and produce artistic metal works, and his dedication and understanding to bring the highest quality product made, he brings a new vision of product development to Barcelona Concepts.

Dallas Mueller

Through his constant exploration of past history and current innovations, Dallas brings new and inspiring products to Barcelona Concepts. His contributions to Barcelona Concepts include product design, development, and refinement of all Barcelona Concepts manufacturing.  He also works in design and development of all marketing materials and sales coordinating.   Dallas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Idaho. A native of Idaho, Dallas brings several different aspects of design and art to Barcelona Concepts.  While attending the University of Idaho, Dallas developed his thesis and work with clients Canon U.S.A. Inc, the National Parks Service, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. His achievements through the University of Idaho have included internships under artist David Giese, and has taught lab classes of Art 100 History at the University of Idaho.  His development in his program gave him ability in graphic design, print, interface design, mixed media, painting, and sculpture.

Greg Stanton

His passion for travel has taken him around the world. He brings new ideas to build on the successful products at Barcelona Concepts. His ability to communicate, motivate and organize, makes for a positive experience for the company, now and in the future.
