Warranty
|
BARCELONA CONCEPTS warrants that the Architectural Metal Elements and related items shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) Months from the date of shipment under normal use and service. BARCELONA'S obligation under this warranty is specifically limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective part, which upon examination by BARCELONA proves to be defective during the warranty period. This warranty shall not apply to any part which has been altered or repaired by any person not expressly authorized, by BARCELONA, in writing to do so, or to any part which has been altered, subjected to misuse, accident or improper use.
There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose nor is there any other warranty, express or implied, except as specifically stated above. BARCELONA shall in no event be liable neither for personal injury, property damage or other incidental or consequential damages nor for any special damages or any loss, which may arise in connection with any claim. However, if BARCELONA is held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising under this limited warranty or otherwise, regardless of the cause or origin, BARCELONA’S maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price of the individual product or products which shall be the complete and exclusive remedy against BARCELONA CONCEPTS.
This warranty may change from state to state and may not be valid in certain states. |

Installation is simple. Each pet bed only requires a simple assembly of eight bolts and it is complete. Are pet beds are powder coated so simple maintenance of soap and water cleaning is all that is necessary for the bed frame. For the mattress the external liner is removable and machine washable and should be cleaned accordingly.
