RETURN POLICY

Barcelona Concepts offers only fine quality merchandise. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from invoice date. At your request, we will:

• Replace or exchange the merchandise excluding freight charges, or

• Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was done by methods other than credit card) once the product has been returned (see return instructions below). Please note: we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Note: Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Instructions:
Our return policy is hassle-free: all you need to do is to simply call our Customer Service Department (1.520.881.1815) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  Please do not return merchandise without an RMA as it cannot be processed.

Limited Warranty - BARCELONA CONCEPTS warrants that the Architectural Metal Elements and related items shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) Months from the date of shipment under normal use and service. BARCELONA'S obligation under this warranty is specifically limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective part, which upon examination by BARCELONA proves to be defective during the warranty period. This warranty shall not apply to any part which has been altered or repaired by any person not expressly authoriz¬ed, by BARCELONA, in writing to do so, or to any part which has been altered, subjected to misuse, accident or improper use. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose nor is there any other warranty, express or implied, except as specifically stated above. BARCELONA shall in no event be liable neither for personal injury, property damage or other incidental or consequential damages nor for any special damages or any loss, which may arise in connection with any claim. However, if BARCELONA is held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising under this limited warranty or otherwise, regardless of the cause or origin, BARCELONA’S maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price of the individual product or products which shall be the complete and exclusive remedy against BARCELONA CONCEPTS.
